Baby vaccination & checkup schedule (Singapore)
Every childhood vaccination and routine checkup from birth, laid out by age — based on Singapore's National Childhood Immunisation Schedule. Vaccinations are given at polyclinics, GP clinics and paediatric clinics; always confirm timing and any catch-up doses with your clinic, and check HealthHub for the latest official schedule.

Tips for vaccination visits
- Bring the health booklet to every visit so each dose is recorded in one place.
- Missed a dose? It happens — clinics routinely arrange catch-up doses. Just ask; there's no need to restart a series.
- A mildly grizzly day after jabs is common. Your clinic will tell you what to expect and when to call — follow their advice over anything you read online (including this page).
- Costs: many childhood vaccinations are subsidised for Singapore citizens and PRs — your polyclinic or GP can confirm what applies to your child.
