Extended Warranty Cover
Protect your purchase against accidental and mechanical damage for 1 or 2 years. Add the cover when you buy your equipment — it works alongside the free manufacturer warranty.
✅ What's covered
- • Mechanical failure (for example, the item can no longer fold)
- • Wheel replacement
- • Torn canopy or cover fabric
- • Faulty zipper, buckle or harness
No deductible or excess to pay on a claim.
📋 Benefits and limits
- • The maximum payout limit per claim scenario is S$500.
- • Each instance of a claim scenario counts as 1 claim (for example, 2 wheel replacements and 1 torn canopy fabric is 3 claim scenarios).
- • Cover is limited to 2 claim scenarios per year.
- • Term: 1 or 2 years from delivery, based on your selection.
🛟 How to claim
Contact Little Baby customer support as soon as you notice the damage. Send us photos of the damage, a short description, and a receipt for the repair or replacement cost. We handle your claim with the insurer, and approved claims are reimbursed.
🚫 What is not covered
We will not pay for any claims as a result of:
- • Intentional damage of any kind by any Party
- • Damage arising from Covered Person being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, sedatives or drugs of any kind
- • Damage caused by improper use of the Equipment
- • The equipment shall not be used to engage in any form of illegal activity
- • Thefts and loss of equipment by any Party
- • Logistics and Administrative costs of any kind such as towing or process fees
- • Legal liability of whatsoever nature
- • 3rd party damages or liabilities of whatsoever nature
Cover must be purchased together with the equipment. Premiums are non-refundable once active, except where you cancel the purchase itself under our returns policy. This cover is governed by the laws of Singapore.
