Healthy vaginal flora relies on Lactobacilli—good bacteria that produce lactic acid to maintain balance. With Lactic Acid and Lactobacillus Ferment, our wash helps to:

Why We’re Glycerin-Free

Although glycerin is safe for general skin, it is not ideal for the vulvovaginal area. Research shows it can disrupt the protective lining, increase cell permeability, and even raise infection risk [1,2]. By drawing water from deeper tissues, glycerin may also damage delicate vaginal cells and reduce healthy Lactobacilli.

That’s why we’ve left it out. The American Pregnancy Association recommends avoiding products with glycerin or parabens [3], and our wash is formulated in line with this guidance—keeping your comfort and protection first.
