Love the stroller and thank you to the person in charge as i made this purchase through whatsapp and picked up the stroller afterwards everything went smoothly
While I love the product itself, I had issues with the communication part and delivery. I was not given updates or any information about my order unless I ask. I had to text (long waiting for response), email (no response at all), or call (not even an option). 🤷🏻♀️ I was given answers that were unsure or untrue. 10-15 days promise of delivery on your website was not followed. Communication with your team was frustrating, does even reply in a professional way. My order was delivered after almost a month. It was very frustrating.
